Do the guides replace the official rules?

No. They explain what to plan for in plain words. Rules for customs and biosecurity change, so always use the official forms on our Resources page and ask us if anything is unclear.

Can you help me fill in the forms?

Yes. Call or email us and we walk you through them. For a move to Australia, we fill in the shipping details and write the packing list as we pack.

Why do the guides not list prices?

Because every move is different, and a number on a web page would not be your number. We send one price up front, before you book, based on what you are actually moving.
