Questions
Can I pay in my own currency?
Yes. Payments go through our verified Wise Business account, so you can pay in Australian dollars or in more than 22 other currencies, including US dollars, euros and Japanese yen. Your quote is in AUD unless we agree another currency with you.
What paperwork do I need to move to Australia?
The Australian Customs and Quarantine Declaration (B534), signed by the owner of the goods. The form and our guide are on our Resources page.
Sea or air?
Sea suits a full household. Air suits a few urgent cartons. We can price both.
Are customs and duty in the price?
Customs clearance is arranged through licensed customs brokers we work with, and we price it with your move. Duty depends on what you ship and where. If something like duty cannot be known yet, we tell you before you book, not on the invoice.
Can you store my things until I arrive?
Yes. Short or long term storage in secure storage in Sydney, delivered when you are ready. See Storage.
