Last updated: 5 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Slick Worldwide Removals and Storage (ABN 92 329 876 702) collects through this website and in the course of providing removals, storage, same-day delivery and freight services, and how we handle it under the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Enquiry details. Your name, company, email address, phone number, pickup and delivery addresses, moving dates, what you are moving, any photos or documents you attach, and whatever else you tell us about the job.
- Job records. Bookings, inventories, storage records, customs and quarantine paperwork for international moves, recipient names, signatures, times and delivery photographs.
- Registrations. If you register to work with us, the details you give us on that form, such as your vehicle, licence and availability. If you ask for a client portal invitation, your email address and, if you give one, your business name.
- Technical data. Your IP address, browser user-agent and the country your request came from, recorded with form submissions to help us prevent spam and abuse.
How we use it
- To prepare quotes and respond to your enquiry.
- To plan, carry out and confirm the move, storage or delivery you booked.
- To consider a work registration, or to answer a request for a client portal invitation.
- To invoice you and maintain business records as required by law.
- To protect the website and our systems from misuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
We disclose personal information only where it is necessary to deliver the service you asked for or where the law requires it. The crews, riders, drivers, carriers, storage facilities and licensed customs brokers who carry out your job receive the details they need to do it, such as names, addresses, phone numbers and what is being moved. We also use the service providers listed below to run this website and deliver our email. We require all of them to protect your information and to use it only for the purpose we engaged them for.
Service providers this website uses
- Cloudflare. Hosts this website and runs the code that receives our forms. Its Turnstile check helps tell people from bots on our forms. Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us visitor counts without cookies. The chat assistant runs on Cloudflare Workers AI.
- Google. When you type an address on our forms, what you type is sent to the Google Places API to suggest matching addresses. Some of the reviews on our home page come from our Google business listing.
- Photon by Komoot. A backup address lookup, used when Google is not available. It also receives what you type in an address field.
- Resend. Sends the emails from our forms to us, and the confirmation email to you, with the details you entered.
- Esri. Supplies the map tiles on some pages. It receives the map request from your browser and no other personal information.
- Unsplash. Supplies some of the photos on this website. It receives the image request from your browser and no other personal information.
The chat assistant
The assistant answers general questions about our services and does not need your personal details, so please do not type them in. What you type in the chat, with the earlier messages in that conversation, is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to write a reply. Your IP address is held for up to an hour to limit how many messages can be sent. For a quote, use the quote form or call us.
Where it is stored
This website is served by Cloudflare and form submissions are emailed to us through Resend. Some of the providers above operate servers outside Australia, so some of your information is stored or processed overseas.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for up to 12 months. Records relating to completed jobs, including proof of delivery and invoices, are kept for at least seven years to meet Australian tax and record-keeping obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies. Your browser keeps small items on your own device, such as the current chat conversation, which is cleared when you close the tab.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or make a privacy complaint by emailing info@impactandslick.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We change this policy when how we handle information changes. The date at the top shows the last change. The current version always lives at this address.
