Questions
What is the difference between FCL and LCL?
A full container (FCL) is yours alone. A shared container (LCL) is space in a container with other goods, priced by the cubic metre. Tell us what is moving and we price both, so you can see which costs less.
Can you arrange customs as well?
Yes. Clearance is arranged through licensed customs brokers we work with, and it shows as its own line on your quote. Moving to Australia? Our customs page explains the B534 statement.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can. Sailings fill and dates change, so a few weeks before your goods are ready is comfortable. We give you the timing with your quote.
Can I ship my car?
Yes. It goes in your container with your household goods or on its own. Cars need their own paperwork, so tell us early and we explain what is needed.
